SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends) . You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped .

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we’ve created a simple and easy-to-understand shipping policy. We currently ship within the United States and Internationally (worldwide).

Domestic Shipping and Estimates

Estimated Shipping Times:

  1. Heavy Outboard Motors (2.5 to 30 hp): 3-5 business days
  2. Light Products (Electronics and Parts): 2-4 business days

Shipping Carriers:

  1. Heavy Outboard Motors: Shipped via T-Force Freight / FEDEX Freight / XPO Freight
  2. Light Products: Shipped via UPS or FEDEX, depending on the product and destination

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to EUROPE, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UAE and ASIA and delivery takes just 8 – 10 days to arrive your location and tracking numbers made available once your order ships out.

Stock Status

If you see “Availability” as “In Stock”, it’s on the shelf and if ordered before 14:00 Monday to Friday we will dispatch the same day.

For items not in stock but available for “back order” or “custom order” the “Availability message will show you how many days it will take until the item is dispatched. 

Example “Availability – 3-5 days” your order will be placed and will arrive with us in an estimated 3-5 days, once Instock with us we will ship using your chosen method at checkout.

Please note that the estimated shipping times mentioned above are guidelines and may vary depending on the destination and other factors. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, so you can easily track the progress of your package.
